Exports of medical sectors increased in the first half of 2021
The Egyptian exports of the medical sectors namely pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and cosmetics increased in the first half of 2021 reaching $ 330 Mn comparing to $226 Mn in the same period of 2020.
The pharmaceutical exports increased in first half of 2021 reaching $123 Mn comparing to $ 79 Mn in the same period in 2020. The exports of medical supplies & devices reached $75 Mn in first half of 2021 comparing to $43 Mn in the same period in 2020. The exports of cosmetics registered $133 Mn in the first half of 2021 comparing to $104 Mn in the same period in 2020.
